Membership
The Membership of SE Folk is administered by the social enterprise Be Inspired Today Ltd, company registration 08642692, registered at 25 Station Road, North Walsham, Norfolk, NR28 0DZ, UK.
The Directors of Be Inspired Today reserve the right to refuse, suspend or withdraw membership at any time. This course of action maybe taken if the Terms of the membership and use of the Platform is broken, or the conduct of the member leads to this outcome. Final decision rest with the Directors of Be Inspired Today Ltd.
Membership is based on an individual’s subscription to SE Folk. Further representatives of an organisation are welcome to join SE Folk, but each subscription is treated as an individual membership, with associated costs of that membership. Sharing of Memberships is strictly forbidden, and could lead to the cancellation or suspension of those Memberships involved.
Membership of SE Folk in on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription can be cancelled at any time, and no further payments will be taken in relation to that membership. In the event that a membership is cancelled or not continued, a refund of any credits will be made back to the individual. Any charges related to the refund will be borne by the individual and not by Be Inspired Today Ltd. No refund will be made for part month subscriptions.
Be Inspired Today Ltd is NOT VAT registered, and all costs are quoted as excluding VAT.
Use of the Platform
The SE Folk platform is a digital social community created for the benefit of its members. Members are invited, and encourage, to participate in conversation, share knowledge, share content, and encourage the development of others. The platform is only for the purposes of the members.
Content
The use of this Platform is subject to the following terms of use:

Community and Communication
Any participation of Groups must conform to the following conduct;

Events
Members are encouraged to participate in the FREE networking events offered by both Be Inspired Today Ltd, and our 3rd Party Partners. Booking of these events is via the Platform only, whereby a ticket and/or joining instructions will be issued.
Members are also encouraged to participate in PAID events offered by both Be Inspired Today ltd and our 3rd Party Partners. Booking of these events is via the Platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking. This is via the Credit System ONLY operated on the Platform. Any cancellation of places booked and paid for must be notified in writing to the SE Folk Administration Team at least 48 hours prior to the event in order to be entitled to a refund. Any notification received within 48 hours of and event may not qualify for a refund. Final decision rest with the Directors of Be Inspired Today Ltd.
Complaints
All complaints must be received in writing to the Directors of Be Inspired Today Ltd. This can either be via post to our registered address, or via email to hello@sefolk.com. All complaints will be dealt with by the Directors of Be Inspired Today Ltd in a timely manner. Final decision rests with the Directors of Be Inspired Today Ltd.

Be Inspired Today understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who use the SE Folk Platform. We do not collect personal data about you unless you have entered this information into your profile, or provided it with a post, message or discussion. Any personal data we do collect will only be used as permitted by law, and for the purpose of developing the SE Folk Community
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your completion of the Membership Application.
If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using your SE Folk Membership immediately, and cancel your subscription.
